"By far a horrible agent! Back in December I purchased a new car and spoke to Jasmine (or jazzy as I believe one of the other people called her) and stressed that I needed to have the insurance binder emailed and I needed to be CC to the dealership. She was more interested in gossiping about "omg a new car!!!" I proceeded to call back three hours later after the dealership said they had not received it and spoke to another woman who did in fact confirm that nothing was emailed and that was who I spoke with....THEN I received the information. Two months later (I have obtained coverage with another insurance company) I called to cancel my membership, and again spoke to "Jazzy" who did y even bother to cancel the policy. I was then charged for the month of February, when I called and spoke to the after hours insurance call Center, I was informed it was never in fact cancelled and nothing was notated in my account. Interesting as I had the phone number in my call log on the day along with my notes of cancellation. Thankfully I was able to get my refund. Beware of incompetent office workers at this agents office.... clearly someone can't do their job."

The are so friendly.... when I call, they always answer with a big friendly smile and greet you by saying your name before you can even say who you are.... they are the very best....I wouldn't go to any other insurance company but with state farm...
