"Our words of gratitude are insufficient to adequately thank you and your staff for all that you have done for us in the past 18 months. In January of 2023, we became your clients when we bought a house in South Carolina to be near our grandchildren. We moved into that house in May of 2023 and in July had a garage fire that filled our house with smoke and soot requiring the interior of the house to be stripped down to the rafters and rebuilt. You contacted us only a few hours after the fire to see what we needed and to offer your support. Little did we know just how much support we would need. We are an elderly couple and the shock of the fire and the months of rebuilding that followed would have been unbearable for us if it had not been for the ongoing and personalized service we received from you and your staff. You immediately made sure we had temporary housing. You referred us to A&I Restoration which did a marvelous job of rebuilding our house. You have patiently guided us through a process that could have been totally overwhelming and, at our age, possibly life changing. Kristen from your office called us on a regular basis throughout the months that followed the fire to see what we needed. She was always caring, helpful and informative. She made the paperwork portion of the claim much less terrifying than it initially appeared. Thanks to you and your staff, we are now back in our house with absolutely no bad memories of the claim filing, the temporary housing or the rebuilding process.
